This is another case in which migrant labour from the Bihar State was targetted by the terrorists. On October 31, 1992, when the workers were working in the fields near Payal, some terrorists armed with sophisticated weapons came there. They dragged the workers inside a tubewell room. As this was a common modus operandi of the terrorists before killing the farm labourers, the latter started screaming like the poor scapegoats. Screams notwithstanding, the terrorists started firing on them from a point blank range. Nine labourers got killed in the shoot-out, but nobody could know their fault.		Dead Body
