It was an unlucky noon of January 10, 1990, for Gobind Ram, an officer of Inidan Police Services, when he was performing his duty in his office. He didn't know that this is going to be his last working day in life. The merciless terrorists had planted a bomb in his air cooler just to take revenge for the officer's anti-terrorist activities. Suddenly the bomb exploded in the cooler which was fitted in the room of Gobind Ram. Three more persons were killed and 10 others injured in the explosion. The terrorists had killed his only son also a few months before that. The fault of the teenager was that he was Gobind Ram's son. He was killed when he was going to attend his college with books in his hands. |
