In an attempt to assasinate Dr. Baldev Parkash, terrorists killed his gunmen, while Dr. Parkash and other innocent people got injured. The incident goes like this. On November 15, 1991 at around 7.25 P.M., Dr. Parkash was going near a park in Amritsar, which is generally an over-crowded area. He was escorted by his gunmen. Suddenly, there was a powerful bomb explosion. Obviously, there was a commotion in the area. People started running here and there to save their lives. Many got injured in the stampede too.
